- "Everyone has their own opinions of individuals. The experts said I had character issues coming out of college and that was my motivation to prove them wrong. I am very dedicated to my career as an NFL player and I want to make sure that I make smart decisions that are going to take me to the next level in the my career.

- "We want the best for each other. We compete against each other and push each other to succeed. Will Allen is a veteran and he is there to help us. We look at him as a role model and we all believe we will have our opportunity to make plays."

- "There are a few things I focus on. For example, box jumping and working out with parachute harnesses. Anything that has a lot of resistance is a good thing to work with. When you train with resistance and then remove it, you are more explosive coming out of the box because your body is accustomed to the extra effort you have to put in while doing your resistance training."

- " I'm not sure what the next event is I will be hosting. I would like to get more involved with charity events now that I have my rookie season under my belt. With regards to my dating life - I really don't have one because I am really trying to focus on my football career and making sure I work on perfecting my skills as Miami Dolphin!"
